The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool area, which are always clean and accessible. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. They are quick to respond, and any issues I’ve ...had have been resolved efficiently. She has made us feel like we were home from the beginning and continues to deliver supreme service!! The maintenance crew have been responsive: swift resolution for any request. This community was smart and recently hired Tina as the GM. Since she has come, we have noticed a HUGE difference in Metro West between community engagement events, and honest and fast communication about issues ...within the community. We have seen Tina begin to make positive maintenance changes, truly everything a community resident could ask for and more!
