November 28, 2024Windsor Metro West is a fantastic community with excellent staff!! Holly has always been a consistent gem! She has made us feel like we were home from the beginning and continues to deliver supreme service!! The maintenance crew have been responsive: swift resolution for any request. This community was smart and recently hired Tina as the GM. Since she has come, we have noticed a HUGE difference in Metro West between community engagement events, and honest and fast communication about issues ...within the community. We have seen Tina begin to make positive maintenance changes, truly everything a community resident could ask for and more!
