May 23, 2024Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently for a one bedroom apartment! The location was great, close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base, as-well as the Fairfield mall ! They look to be recently upgraded and are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other apartments around. Staff was very kind and helpful. The convenient location close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base is a big plus. Finally home!
September 15, 2023I am a student at WSU and couldn’t have found a more convenient location! Grocery within walking distance, and I can ride my bike to campus. Stacey and Melissa were super helpful with my move in and I love all the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.Property Manager Responded

Steer clear
September 6, 2023I lived at these apartments for the past three years. I moved in when it was owned by another company but as soon as Towne Properties took over everything went severely downhill. If I had a problem I would call and call and call. Leave voicemail after voicemail. I would never get a response which meant I had to drive over to their other property since they removed the leasing office from Windsor Place. The head property manager made it seem like she cared but it was clear she didn’t. Was ...extremely condescending. Classic case of caring only about the money and not the livelihood of the people you are housing. To start, my building had a huge roach problem. They didn’t seem to care much about that. They’d occasionally send out a roach guy to spray but he would only spray the kitchen floor and that’s it. I have scars on my legs from where roaches ate at me while I slept. I kept a very clean apartment because of the roaches and would still find them in the kitchen or crawling in bed with me. My AC went out September 1st of 2022. At first they tried to tell me nothing was wrong but I insisted there was. It would freeze and leak water. Finally they had someone come out but told me they wouldn’t replace it till the spring. I was without air for a good 5 or 6 weeks of 85+ degree weather. Come about 6 or 7 months later it was like pulling teeth to get the to replace it still. I was without air for months and they didn’t care. I was friends with someone in my building and he had the exact some experience that I did. I could go on forever but me, personally, would never move into another property owned and managed by Towne Properties.Property Manager Responded
