April 8, 2025Windsor Ridge offers a peaceful community with great amenities and a convenient location close to offices and grocery stores. My initial experience was very positive, but maintenance has declined under the new management. Common areas like parking lots, foyers, and staircases need more regular cleaning, and Building 1 has had issues with the elevator and false fire alarms. With more consistent upkeep, this community has the potential to offer a truly excellent living experience.Review from Apartments.com

Poor Communication and Dirty
July 10, 2024I hate to leave a poor review but from day one problems with the unit, complex, and management have been non-stop. 1. To start, the maintenance team has been great. Unfortunately many of the 5-star reviews are a result of the maintenance people coercing good reviews out of tenants under the guise of helping them keep their jobs. This is deceptive to future tenants and shady business practice. 2. The unit we moved into had been vacant for at least a month before we moved in. Despite this, no ...maintenance/cleaning had been performed on the unit and we were welcomed to water damage, cracks in the walls, broken shelves, and a dusty dirty apartment. The dryer, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and toilets all had damage prior to moving in. 3. The pool is gorgeous and was a big draw for us moving here. Unfortunately it is closed without warning during the summer for days on end. It would be greatly appreciated if advanced notice could be given even if a possible reopen date is not yet known. 4. Most concerningly, the air filters in the unit had not been changed in 4 YEARS. This led to many of the vents being covered with dust, mildew, and mold. Love the amenities and the package service, which keeps your deliveries safe until you're able to collect them.
