Very Professional and Informative!
September 5, 2024I had the pleasure of speaking with Dom'onic recently at the Windsor West Plano community last week regarding an apartment, and to be honest I thought he was a manager at first because of the way that he carried himself, from the way he was dressed to his positive attitude. He greeted me right when I walked in with a smile, and his professionalism and confidence made me feel like I had come to the right place. His knowledge of the community and the area was impressive for someone who had only ...been there two days at that. The community itself is just stunning, beautiful grounds, gorgeous gym..and that pool! I could swim in that pool for days!! He answered all of my questions with ease and made the process fun and exciting even though I wasn't interested in touring. It was nice to see someone who is personable for once as he had answers to all of my questions without having to always ask someone else. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people and the community. I was very impressed and grateful for his help as I am not used to apartments, so I needed a little help. July 29, 2024All around great place. Staff genuinely cares about you and cares about the community. Maintenance staff is super quick. Very clean after unfortunately the staff has to clean up after people who dont care about the community and trash it. Really is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 19, 2024love living here, the staff is friendly, maintenance requests are completed swiftly. My only complaint is that the apartment grounds i.e. the hallways need to be cleaned, and the stairways are collecting trash.Property Manager Responded
