December 30, 2024The maintenance team came immediately on a saturday to address my fire alarm device. They first helped me to stop the beeping and test alarm (was not a fire or carbon monoxide concern). Then they came back and replaced the system completely which was a pleasant surprise as i thought the system may need to be replaced. Worst management
November 6, 2024I just moved in less than a week ago, but already got super mad at the management. First, Jordan in the leasing office is very unfriendly. He talks in a very offensive way. Second, I found the washer in the my apartment broken on the first day. Then I told Jordan, I guess he didn’t even report it. I then called maintenance many many times, they didn’t come until five days later! Chris replaced it with a new one, but he didn’t even connect the water hoses!!! Now I have to call them again. Are you ...kidding me? It’s been almost a week, and I still don’t get a working washer. In addition, the property is dirty everywhere. You can see trash everywhere and packages piled on the floor.
