The maintenance staff work very hard to keep the property well-maintained. Windsor on White Rock Lake features scenic views of White Rock Lake, great trails and lots of beautiful nature, that makes this property a great location for those that enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle like I do. I appreciate the convenient location, with easy access to shopping centers, ...restaurants, Lower Greenville, Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum. Overall, I recommend Wind on White Rock Lake as a solid choice for anyone that is looking for a peaceful yet connected living environment. I would be remiss if I did not mention Shelley. Shelley is the property Manager and for the last 4 years that I have been living at Windsor on White Rock Lake, dealing and speaking with her has been an absolute pleasure. December 4, 2024I have had such a positive experience here! The people in the office and the maintenance crew are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are so beautiful. The pool and outdoor space is incredible- I spend so much time there (there's even a fair amount of shade in the summer!). So many people are out and about walking their dogs - very "homey" feel. We’re close to Grocery stores, and good restaurants. The administrative staff and maintenance staff are really accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs.
