July 1, 2024This place declined drastically . The carpet in the lobby is beyond filthy .. each floor could use a good cleaning. The elevator has been broken for months now. The wash room floods. And this to me is just basic up keep. So much more unkept maintainence. Don’t move here!Review from Apartments.com

June 5, 2021Maintenance never actually finishes jobs or doesn’t respond at all, place is rarely properly cleaned, one small elevator and a back staircase for moving and their was vomit on the floor for over 3 months from another tenant before someone came to clean it up.Review from Apartments.com

April 20, 2020I’ve lived at Fry Overlook for almost two years and have really enjoyed my time here. Not only is my apartment beautiful (I love white kitchens) but the leasing staff/maintenance are so helpful and efficient anytime I am in need. December 17, 2019Been a resident here at the Glen Gables apartments, and really have enjoyed my time living here. The units were recently renovated and I've never had any issues since my time being. Not only is the place great itself, but I also have to give credit to the staff at the leasing office and maintenance for always being on top of their game and always answering any of my questions or requests that I may have had.
