February 13, 2025I wish there was a Valet Trash available since we need not worry about dumping the trash all by myself even while I am busy. In my case, the dumpster is far away and completely on the opposite side which makes it difficult to go there and dump trash every now and then.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2025Prime location! Excellent value for the cost of living here! Spacious apartment, good amenities, and easy access to the Big Creek Greenway. The staff is super nice and the maintenance staff is incredibly quick and responsive. My only note is that the apartment was dirty upon move in. For example, the dishwasher had food bits in it.
