December 27, 2018Hi. I wish you could have left your name so we could reach out to you. We do raise rents in order keep up with the increased costs from maintenance to the building, insurance, taxes, etc. However, we are currently offering specials on select units that include $50 to $100 off. We are also helping with the upfront costs, by offering a $750 security deposit to those that qualify. If you are still interested, please contact us at 609-888-3275.

Great Property
October 12, 2015Though Wingate is not an option for me at this particular time, this is one of the nicest properties I have seen. It is truly a park like setting. Incredibly clean and landscaped. Very peaceful. The photos are up to date and the apartments are even nicer when you see them for yourself. The apartments its self are good we have newly renovated apartments and when you need something done maintence is always there. I love the complex where i live i would recommend it to anyone. Excellent Apartments
June 6, 2013I lived at Wingate in Hamilton for a year and it was a really good experience. Upon move in, the apartment was in great condition and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Over the year, if I ever needed a maintenance person to come, they were able to come within a day and were also very friendly and helpful. The whole complex is well maintained and is pretty peaceful (despite being close to Trenton), it was never too noisy. I really enjoyed my time living at Wingate!Review from Apartments.com
