January 20, 2025Elevator 2 just can’t get it together. It’s always down. You can’t have a bike in the bike room because it will be stolen. The 3 stars given is for the friendliness of staff.Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2025Overall, I love living at the Winslow! I love the layout of our apartment and all of the amenities that are offered! Working with the leasing office and building managers has always been a great experience. They provide clear communication and are extremely friendly. The only reason I give it 4 stars over 5 is that things tend to be out of service frequently, especially the elevators. Only issue so far is that the ceilings are either extremely thin or the neighbors are unbelievably loud 24/7 (constant banging noises, furniture moving etc). October 29, 2024Everything is great from amenities, location, to friendliness of staff and effectiveness of the maintenance team. The only caveat is the street noice. I'm on the 7th floor and keep all doors and windows closed when I go to bed. Yet I still find myself woken up by street noice if I don't wear earplugs.
