February 22, 2025The trash chutes are still being left turned off the entire day on Monday. Elevator 2 is always down and it closes too fast. Even as people are still walking in it will start closing on you. This caused me to get hurt by the elevator multiple times. Please fix this.Property Manager Responded

We want to clarify that Elevator 2 has not been down for over 45 days, but as a moving elevator, we do reserve it for move-ins and move-outs, which could affect availability. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience and will do our best to ensure smoother access for all residents. Regarding the trash chutes, our trash service is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but please note that we are at the mercy of Waste Management's arrival times. We're actively working with them to have the chutes re-opened as quickly as possible. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the elevator closing too quickly, and safety is always a top priority for us. January 20, 2025Elevator 2 just can’t get it together. It’s always down. You can’t have a bike in the bike room because it will be stolen. The 3 stars given is for the friendliness of staff.Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2025Overall, I love living at the Winslow! I love the layout of our apartment and all of the amenities that are offered! Working with the leasing office and building managers has always been a great experience. They provide clear communication and are extremely friendly. The only reason I give it 4 stars over 5 is that things tend to be out of service frequently, especially the elevators. Other than that, I have had an enjoyable experience thus far.Property Manager Responded
