    Winthrop West is a great community with affordable prices to boot. The staff here are wonderful and have so far been able to accommodate us for most of the issues we’ve had since moving in. The community is conveniently located with many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance which elevates the overall experience. I would recommend living here to anyone in the Riverview/Brandon area.

    Everything is as nice as pictured. Everything in my unit was brand new. The staff is incredibly friendly and greet everyone by name when you see them anywhere. The maintenance staff are amazingly responsive and also always have a friendly greeting when you pass them. Thr rent is very reasonable and the abundance if treeless bring welcome shade on hot days.

    This community has a wonderful, friendly, competent, and responsive staff. It feels so safe to live here. There is an easy access to so much nearby - Publix plaza across the street, Walmart Neighborhood store next door, banks, restaurants, and charter school across the street.

  • Great Place!

    We have been at Winthrop West for about two months now and have loved our experience. The ladies in the office are always willing to help! We haven't had to put in a maintanence request but Anthony, the maintanence manager seems very knowledgable and we know we're in good hands. I would recommend Winthrop to anyone looking for a great sense of community and with a team willing to go above an beyond.

  • Cigarette Smell

    It’s peaceful and quiet. My apartment smells like cigarettes from previous tenants. Definitely Watch out for that.

    Winthrop West is a beautiful community. The trees and layout make it feel more like a neighborhood rather than one of those "all building and parking look" apartment complexes.
