The absolutely worse place ever.

Beware!! The rent increases with every renewal every year. The property manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you express to her that you don't like her rudeness, she will become petty and not renew your lease although your rent has paid simply because she can. The place is roach infested as well. I am just happy they couldn't find an excuse to keep my deposit after I left.

So Far So Good

We have found this to be a very quiet complex and neighbors seem friendly. Maintenance very quick to respond to maintenance requests. My two negatives would be that people NEED to pick up after their dogs and be responsible. Also, I notice that patios need to be tidied up by residents. But I know this falls on management. We are enjoying the space we have and making it our home.

They just want your $500 deposit! They will give you an approval then once you submit the $500 then they will tell you that you aren’t approved! The manager sent my money to the wrong place then told me to shut up and give her a new address LOL!!! That’s so unprofessional and I am on my way there now. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES OBVIOUSLY THE REVIEWS SAYS IT ALL! If a manager can tell me to shut up and then hide afterwards I wouldn’t want to move somewhere like that

Overpriced and misrepresented

Bare basic construction, you can hear your neighbors breathing. Overpriced for what they offer as amenities (they are a joke) or services. Agent misrepresented information about satellite tv, and I only have been here for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to move elsewhere!! Stay away, I’m sure you can do better for less

Worst place!

Decent and quiet

I’ve lived in these apartments for 5 years. For the age of the apartments they are a little pricey. But they are well maintained and clean. Electric is not inflated. My bills ran from 30 to 60$ in warmer months and 80-120$ in the colder months. It is pet friendly. Bathroom and kitchen are a little small. Bedrooms are very good size. They regularly do maintenance on air unit and those are new. They also regularly do pest control. I’ve not seen a bug since moving in. If you can get a unit with a ...
washe/dryer that is best. The community washer/dryers (at least in my building) broke down quite a bit.
