February 6, 2025Management has been rude and unprofessional. We have been dealing with mold issues in our unit for 4 months now and the only thing Tom tells us is that we can break our lease free of charge. Clearly they don’t take care of their units as they should and just paint over everything. We got the village involved thankfully and they are finally starting to do their job and take responsibility. But I would never recommend this place to anyoneProperty Manager Responded

Do not recommend
October 14, 2024I'm sorry to say, I can not recommend Woodbury as a good place to live. Our rent has gone up hundreds of dollars in the last 4 years. The manager will give you a new lease with no mention of the increase, and say they have no way to control it, it is simply "the algorithm". Don't move here unless you plan on only staying a year or two. The first year was ok, then things got progressively worse. You will have a hard time saving for the future when squirrels start chewing on your car's gas tank ...and engine, as has happened to both my husband and myself. TLC is impossible to reach on the phone. They do not call you back. I am guessing this review will get their attention, because they care more about reputation than taking care of good tenants.
