Very Poor Customer Service from STAFF!
October 2, 2017I live here now and the community is Great but the staff is in No way professional. They are always gone from the office, and when they are in the office they don't answer their phone. I have had a complaint for months and I continue to hear excuses and or lied. As I said from the start the community is Great but the staff is Not professional at all. It's very affordable, but the customer service is way below average!Review from Apartments.com
Living at Woodhaven
August 27, 2015I moved in Woodhaven in June after months of searching for a safe and affordable apartment. I could not found a better place or community to live in. The apartment staff Is very friendly when you have a maintenance issue they respond in a resonable time frame. The rent is affordable and the area is safe.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015THIS APARTMENT IS GREAT STAFF IS INCREDIBLE AREA IS VERY QUIET AND SPACIOUS,CLOSE TO THE CITY AND RESTAURANTS. TRAFFIC MOVES GREAT NO TROUBLE GETTING TO WORK ON TIME. IT HAS A HUGE POOL WALKING DISTANCE AND VERY SPACIOUS KITCHEN'S. ALSO, A LARGE BALCONY WHERE YOU CAN WALK OUT AND SEE THE STARS EVERY NIGHT.Review from Apartments.com
