elevator always broken
February 20, 2025don't recommend living here unless you enjoy stairs. The elevator is constantly broken. Same problem every time yet no one actually fixes the issue.Property Manager Responded

I hate it here
February 1, 2024Between the poor management, loud and rowdy neighbors, dirty living conditions, this apartment is by far the worst place to live in the valley especially for the price. The building is not well maintained it is extremely dirty and they choose the cheapest appliances (black refrigerator and dishwasher, fake wooden cabinets, fake hardwood floors that peel) awkward sized kitchen which makes it impossible to cook comfortably with zero cabinet space. The hallways smell like a dirty gym and the laundry ...machines are always broken and leave your clothes smelling like cigarettes. DO NOT MOVE HERE don't give these people your money they do not care about you or your mental health.Property Manager Responded
