Roach and mice issue.
January 3, 2024As the other reviewer mentioned this is a good apartment complex for young adults looking to live on their own without spending an extreme amount of money. With that said, there is roaches and mice that will travel through the apartments. This is an issue that many may not be able to handle such as myself. They have pest control but they aren’t controlling much.Review from Apartments.com

August 26, 2021As a young adult searching for a place of my own, it was the fastest complex to respond. Leasing office is friendly. I was able to get a freshly renovated unit so the apartment is beautiful. There is a insect issue, especially with ants during the summertime. Walls are thin so if a neighbor is smoking in their unit, it seeps into mine. The few issues I’ve had were fixed in adequate timing. I would recommend to young adults on a budget.Review from Apartments.com
