November 27, 2024My resident experience itself is not bad. I just wish my apartment was less outdated. It’s 2024, all apartments should look a certain way and be held up to a certain standard. I’m just used to luxury living and unfortunately, my apartment doesnt meet the standards that i am used to. That’s my only complaint/issue/concern.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024The apartment has mold all over. Even in the walls. I am a very clean person and even scrubbed the walls but they are still moldy. There are also cockroaches and other bugs constantly. The carpet is old and gross and needs to be replaced. The office staff took 5 months to go over my paperwork to resign my lease. They told me they had a notary and when I brought my paper to the notary there she didn't do it correctly at all, so I ended up having to go to a notary at a bank to have them redo the ...paperwork.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024Right now as far as what I've seen, I'll give this place 4 stars. It's really quiet and somewhat serene hear. The amenities are nice and seem to be taken care of. My only real gripe and concern is how thin these walls are. Other than that I'm very happy with everything so far.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024Took a little longer than expected to get the things I found wrong in the apartment to get fixed. However they did get fixed. Other than that I have been impressed with the care of the grounds by the employees. They seem to be everywhere doing all kinds of stuffProperty Manager Responded

November 15, 2024I like the apartment, but somethings were not complete at move in, and I am still waiting for the issues to be completed. Even though the issues are minor it should not have taken this long to complete.Property Manager Responded
