A hidden gem in West County!
July 10, 2019I absolutely love living here! Woodsmill Park Apartments are a beautifully maintained property with phenomenal office staff. This property is perfectly tucked away in west county with immediate access to I40/Rte. 141 and easy access to many shopping centers and schools. The office staff are professional, prompt and happy to hear from you. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and the members of the community are friendly yet quiet. Deceptive practices.
March 13, 2019Do not apply to this apartment complex. If you are approved to move in, even if you have not completed the process, and you change your mind they will cash your deposit check and not refund you the money. She is not only attentive to all new tenants problems and concerns, she is an incredible person that truly uses empathy in any challenge she encounters to help. The floor plans allow for a comfortable, balanced living space. The units are styled with modern choices for carpet and paint. The clubhouse, pool, and exercise room are gorgeous.
