  • They don't make homeless people leave

    Whenever someone moves out the same group of people breaking the apartment and they move in the apartment and then they never leave no matter how many times you call the police and this circumstance... In this case for me my upstairs neighbors left got evicted so the group of people broke into the apartment upstairs on the left and then now the people above me left so when the apartment got too messed up this apartment in the pictures they moved up to the apartment above mine and now they won't ...

    No sirven no los recomiendo ya tengo mucho reportando muchas cosas malas y nunca las areilan y no me he podido mover de aki por. Mi embarazo ya mero me alivio pero en realidad son los peor en el mantenimiento mi estufa no. Sirve mi techo tampoco. Y. El baño. Toda la pintura se esta. Cayendo y yo tengo q andar pintado ?

  • Don’t expect anything to get fixed

    I had to call the city in the first month of my lease because they would t six the hot water. They actually would stand in my kitchen running the cold water for 15 minutes until it got a little tepid and try to convince me it was hot. After I called the city they moved me to the meth head section of the apartments. Only one washing machine working in the laundromat- so instead it’s become a place for homeless to sleep and meth and crack heads to smoke. Still won’t fix anything. When I saw the ...
    managers in the office left and they started cleaning up the complex I thought it would get better, but at least before they answered the emails if not the phone. Now I just call the cops on meth heads every day

    I been here a month and couple of weeks my ac.has went out for the 4th time call in office April 14 and told them she said OK I'm going to send someone never happen waited until April 18 and call back the same person who answer on April 14.2018 said OK again no one came i have health issues I'm working two jobs so when my lease is up I'm out feeling like breaking my lease these apartments needs attention asp!!!! These apartments would be wonderful if management cared had I read these reviews ...
