DON'T!!!!
November 26, 20176/22/2017-Just don't do it. I'm literally counting down the days until I move out and I've only been here one month. When I moved in my carpets reeked of cat and animal urine. To the point where the carpet should have been replaced, before moving in. It took several attempts to get the carpets cleaned. My washing machine doesn't work properly, and this last time (this is now the third attempt) they had the repair man out, I come home to a random person's clothes on my hallway floor. Yep, they ...threw the clothing on the floor. Oh, and my back door doesn't always open. I had to pry it open forcefully. AND today the dishwasher stopped working. As I was loading the dishes, I realized that the soap dispenser never opened from my last wash (jokes on me). This is by far my worst rental experience ever! No joke. Save your energy and money, find another place to live. Update: 11/26/2017. I still living here. I have contemplating paying the $3000 early termination fee. This thought comes after I was threatened a second time by my neighbor when I approach them about their noise level. I've decided that the noise issue is due to the thin walls in these townhomes. I can hear everything and I literally mean everything. I hear one neighbor yelling at her kids every morning, vacuuming, dishwasher, cabinets opening/closing, toilets flushing. I HEAR EVERYTHING. Well, my other neighbor plays her music so loud, you think you're at a live concert. It such a disruptive environment to live in. I have relied on my headphones to help minimize some of the noise, as I pray on this situation of terminating my lease. I so badly want to move. I warn you, please do not AND I mean DO NOT MOVE INTO WORNALL HEIGHT TOWNHOMES!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
