January 29, 2025I have been living here for almost four years, and every year, the company finds some new thing to add to our rent, like two trash collection fees, two administration fees, and community electricity. This is so disappointing. It is hard enough to pay to stay here without paying the employee's salaries too.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2025Everyone I’ve met here so far has been wonderful! The staff are friendly when seen out and about on the property grounds, as well as quick and attentive when a work order is put in for a repair. The residents have been amazingly friendly, nice, and have very sweet, well behaved dogs that get along well with my own very sweet and social dog! And the “garbage concierge service” can’t be beat!
