December 23, 2024I moved from West Coast to Yardley without seeing it. I had my son and daughter-in-law check it out as they know what I like. They said it was perfect for me. Rudi and Katie were always available for all my questions via phone prior to me signing. The helpfulness of both of them going over and above to choose my unit and the entire process was fantastic. When I arrived I love the beautiful community, and the small apartment homes. It is great to have your own space. They are absolutely ...beautiful! December 18, 2024Yardly is so different from anywhere else we’ve lived, for the better! It really is resort style living. Everything is always taken care of and if there are any issues, the team is quick to resolve the problem. Derrick is part of the maintenance team here, and he is our favorite! There have been some mishaps since moving in as it was a brand new build, but Derrick is sure to get any issue we have resolved and taken care of in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2024Nice place, with a small private backyard. The models look fancy but the actual rental units are lacking in quality and small details such as, counter tops are new but stained, paint drops on the floor and paint above the microwave falling on food when cooking, and the floor edges inside the apartment and the edges around the kitchen sink are not sealed properly so there was an ant problem on day one of moving in. The property came with a hole on one of the doors that was seen by staff when ...touring and was not addressed before moving in, my closet bar was loose and it fell/completely came of the wall in the middle of the night on the first day of moving in. Maintenance does not follow up on a timely manner. Staff is really nice but they are vague about timelines and move in specials to be posted on account, and slow on following up on calls or service requests.
