  • Outstanding place to live

    Been living here for 6 months. It’s a quiet community with an outstanding staff running and maintaining the apartments. Maintenance is outstanding on getting stuff fixed right away in the event that something is wrong. The office is very helpful with trying to make stuff happen.

    So, I'll start with the positive since there's not much to say, Great location and "decent" price, and that's it. Now for the cons, first, people don't clean up after their dogs I've stepped in so much crap its ridiculous. Second, crime is actually pretty high around here, My car was broken into and I lost about 200 worth of items apparently i wasn't the only one either, some guy had his whole trailer stolen right from the property! Third, I was super excited about the pool here but good luck ...
    competing with the super noisy kids that occupy it all summer. Fourth, DO NOT OPT IN TO RENT THEIR WASHER AND DRYER, JUST DON'T DO IT, I've had more problems with their washer and dryer than a college level calculus test, I've been through 2 washer and 2 dryers at this point I'm better off trying my luck with something from the scrap yard which is probably where they got theirs. Fifth, maintenance (the lawn care team) are lazy, they cut the grass then proceed to use a leaf blower to clean up, nothing says welcome home than a pile of grass in your front door and all in your laundry room. Lastly This place has water issues like crazy I've got E-mails, and text messages for days about how they need to shut off water here or there to make repairs.

    I have been here about 6 months now. Have had an issue or few. When I submit maintenance requests the crew here handles them fairly quickly. Often the next day. Sometimes takes a couple days while they are waiting for parts. But they have taken care of all the issues I’ve had fairly quickly. Office staff are very pleasant and always willing to chat and have a coffee. Only 1 time have I cleaned up after the maintenance staff and literally was a box I took to the trash.     they come in I have not noticed other then the sheet outside my door saying they had worked in here. The pool is nice. Not certain about the gym. If you saw me you’d understand why I don’t know about the gym. Rarely hear my neighbors. That being said what I do hear from them they must hear from me and I haven’t had a noise complaint nor have I submitted one. From who I have met here everyone keeps to themselves and tries not to disturb others. I haven’t noticed many parties but that being said I live on an outer corner of the property. Nowhere near the pool. Can’t wait for the pool to open again. Might not be large but bigger then many other apartment complexes here.

    Management and maintenance of this property is poor. Unit was not cleaned prior to move in and carpets were not cleaned as communicated. Work order was submitted shortly after move in for the master toilet. This was never repaired and i had to just turn off the water. Tenants do not clean up dog poop and it is always everywhere. Keep copies of all of your documentation because management will not. Move out fees are $50 for carpet cleaning and $150 for deep cleaning regardless of condition of ...

    I have lived here for 3 years now and have been very happy. The neighborhood is great and the area is really quiet. I have had a couple issues in my apartment but nothing the maintenance staff could not fix. The ladies in the office are always friendly. I would recommend this place!

    I have lived here for 6 years now and do not intend on moving. I love the pool here I always bring my niece to swim in the summer the pool is always clean. I have had my a/c replaced and they replaced my oven the last time I renewed! The ladies are always friendly in the office! I would recommend this place!

    Maintenance men take forever to fix anything and are rude when you let them know something is wrong you can't going swimming with out being harassed and questioned by the pool lady who smokes cigarettes constantly the leasing ladies are rude I hate this place can't wait till my lease is up my advice don't move here

    At first everyone is so friendly and nice but the moment you ask for repairs you become their worst enemy to them. My A/C went out at the start of our 98° summer and every time I asked them to fix it they would send out a maintenance guy to "check it out" and every time he would say nothing is wrong my apartment stayed at 86° until I bought a window unit which they asked me to take it out because they aren't allowed. Take my advice never step foot on this complex! Ever!! wish there was a no star ...
