July 11, 2024Everyone in the office is so nice and it is very pleasant living here. There is a good gym and a couple places to chill out on each floor. I also enjoy the view the 5th floor. You can see old main and a lot of campus.Review from Apartments.com

Friendly Staff, But Poorly Constructed
April 9, 2022Cons: - Printer has not worked in months - Front building door does not lock - Doors to the amenities do not lock - Homeless people occasionally in the garage - Located across from the USPS distributor for the area (very loud) - Rent is expensive for the area Pros: - Mike, the maintenance guy, is very friendly and out-going. He should own the place. - Overall clean - Not too loud -Review from Apartments.com
