December 16, 2025The office management team is very unprofessional except for Breanna. I almost lost my job due to their negligence with my concerns of my gate fob not properly working. When I expressed these concerns a woman in the main office completely dismissed the fact that my fob was not working and stated that it was my fault. I had received my gate fob a day prior only to find out that the battery was dead. We went in the next day luckily Brianna who helped us move in and was very professional throughout ...the whole process, was working. She immediately replaced the battery in my gate fob. Brianna is the only sensible worker in the main office the other two need to be looked into due to their unprofessionalism and how hostile they become towards residence’s when a problem arises.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not luxurious
December 16, 2024Having submitted multiple request for stairwell cleaning I am growing to feel the only thing that has remained luxurious besides the title has been the price because it’s definitely not the maintenance or service. Carrie the office manager has followed up with the surveys that they send prior to even completing the request. She has acknowledged and apologized for the lack of cleaning the stairwell has requested, but has not resent maintenance to address the stairwell Or followed up with the ...request for cleaning. Austin in the front office advised me that if maintenance stops to clean the stairwell they won’t be able to fulfill other service calls. In my Opinion At a luxury complex a staffing shortage should not be the burden of a tenant. I requested cleaning the first of Nov for them to mark complete when they did not complete the stairwell, they used a cup to clean in front of the doorway on one level. Having been here a year and a half I feel the past few months has really gone down hill with loud nights lack of follow up and cleanliness.Property Manager Responded
