April 9, 2020So glad that I was able to find Zella. As someone moving from across the country it was hard to apartment hunt, but once I found Zella I knew this was it. The leasing agent that helped me throughout the process is so nice, patient, and understanding. I dont think everybody would take the time she did to make sure everything went smoothly. April 6, 2020I moved in about a week ago sight unseen. The ladies at the office are lovely and made the process of moving in quick and easy. The rooftop view has the water, Mt. The views from the rooftop are amazing of the Space needle, Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. March 27, 2020Zella has been an incredible place to live in, between how beautiful the design is, the cleanliness, the location, the amenities, the layout and how wonderful the front office is, it really has been a great place to live. The property management is constantly working to create a great environment and a sense of community and is very good about handling issues in a timely manner, its really appreciated. March 25, 2020I've lived at Zella for 3 weeks and so far it has been great! The location is great and views from the roof are amazing! We love having washer and dryer in unit as well as a dish washer. We also love having a small gym on the property. We never seem to hear our neighbors and noise outside the apartment is pretty minimal as well. The staff does a great job of addressing any issues and keeping the property functioning well!Property Manager Responded
