September 3, 2024The apartment is really nice, I love it! It's the issues with maintenance and the front office that bring some frustration. The pool has been closed almost ever other weekend since we have moved in. As mentioned in the previous comment, maintenance takes forever, does not communicate, and you have to constantly be checking in with the front office if you want anything done.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
April 20, 2021Love living here! Shannon, the manager is really great. You can tell she cares and has so much passion for her work and us as the residents. Perfect Home
January 24, 2018I lived here with two roommates and it was the perfect setup for us. We liked being close to Westgate and the gym has everything. Only complaint is that it isn't 24 hours. Besides that everything was great. The pool being heated was a big bonus as I work so much during the summer I didn't get a chance to use it until the holidays. Maintenance is quick and the office staff is friendly. Would live here again if I am ever back in Arizona.Property Manager Responded
