Not built in 2004!!!!!!
August 7, 2018A great place to live.....if you like spiders. In summary: -Total ripoff! -Time for renovating this old place -Couldn't wait to get out of there. -Too expensive for what you get. -Can hear neighbors thru wallsReview from Apartments.com
Contracts not honored, be ready for small claims court
October 25, 2017They have repeatedly refused to refund a portion of my security deposit that I am owed. Their contract states that if a lease is not signed within 5 business days, they will refund the security deposit less the reservation fee (equal to the amount of months rent divided by 30, multiplied times 5). They instead charged me for two weeks and do not return phone calls after multiple messages have been left with both the leasing and corporate office.Review from Apartments.com
They WILL raise your rent
August 17, 2015Sadly since I've moved in several months ago I've seen at least 5 units move out. I asked a neighbor why she was moving and she stated the management was raising her rent from 1470 to 1600 per month. Not good for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom very small apartment. Tiny washer and dryer. Hardly any closet space. No Garage. No storage at all, not even in carport. Water pressure in apartment is very limited. Extra charge for mandatory RENTER insurance. You MUST pay their contracted utility company for ...water and other utility on top of your Edison bill and cable /Internet you personally pay for. Too many dogs. Constant smell of dog urine and feces. Adults wading in 4ft pool with open beer cans. Located in front of the complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON MOVING AGAIN WHEN YOUR LEASE EXPIRES. COSTLY! This is not a place for families. Single short term leasing ONLY!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
