A very nice family place to live
July 30, 2024I have been a resident of EvRia Diamond valley Apartments for nearly 5 years and I plan on staying for more. I absolutely love it here. And I'm writing to praise the maintenance team. The maintenance team is super friendly, respectful, fast, and efficient. Every single time. I recently had a new microwave and a new garbage disposal installed in under 5 minutes. Any maintenance requests I've put in has been resolved within the same day. I couldn't recommend these apartments enough. :)Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here!!!! Stay away!!!
September 16, 2017I had to move out due to the horrible Living it was here. Here's a list of negative stuff to keep away: 1. You see drug dealers left and right day or night dropping off or picking up drugs 2. You will see bums hanging out 3. Services take weeks if not months 4. Office staff says they will get to the issue when in reality they never do. You have to keep reminding them. Then they say they get back to you when they never do. 5. The rent kept going up, which is not understandable since the place a ...mess, the trash bins outside looks like we lived a dumpster. For all the reasons above you would think the place would've hated up to make the place feel safe. 6. They constantly post letters on your door saying you can't have nothing in your patio, no plants to pots, covers just a grill and maybe a chair. Endless waiting
August 12, 2015I have been living here since Febuary 2015. minor maintenance is ok with between 24 to 48 hours response. recently I have had 3 major issues. A/C leaking from ceiling, subfloor giving away and supplied washer/dryer leaking. the floor was fixed fairly quickly due to pictures I sent to their corporate office but the leaking has not been fixed and it was first reported back in March 2015.Review from Apartments.com
