RENTER BEWARE
October 17, 2022DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY BRUNS REALTY! They do not care about anything other than collecting rent and will not work with you if life happens. Their rental agreement even states that nothing releases you from the rent contract, INCLUDING DEATH (real reasonable). They will force you to pay for an entire month's rent even if you move out on the 1st of the month, which is quit ridiculous and practically theft of money. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to rent from that is ...actually reasonable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
December 4, 2020I’ve lived here for 5 years and have been happy with the amenities. The description didn’t mention that there’s also a community garden available. Great for folks who may be downsizing and still want something outdoors to care for. Only downside is noise if you have neighbors upstairs due to design. Lots of dogs around. There are doggy-doo stations all around, so most dog owners are respectful. Maintenance staff are wonderful; very responsive, courteous and efficient. Management ...communicates information regularly and seasonally. It’s been a nice place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Never lived here but I am starting to think that its best that I did not...
March 1, 2018The whole idea of everything included all in one price sounds great which is what drew me more to this complex. I don't believe that their property manager or leasing agents are doing a great job. I have contacted them several times to look at the place and I was told that something was available but somehow the person who was in the apartment declined me looking at it.. then I was told that they would call me or message me back which they did not. I contacted them one last time and now they are ...somehow saying that there is nothing available. Well my thinking is.... its their loss, and they get a bad recommendation, if you don't want to be prompt and available to your possible customer then I really don't even want to live in your complex because that shows that no one cares... cool idea of everything included in one but in todays age customer service is far more important..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I can't even get in to see the place!!
March 2, 2017I am sure Net Zero is a lovely place, however I felt that the leasing agents really didn't want to sell me on a unit or the place for that matter. They did not want to accommodate my busy schedule, so unfortunately I will have to pass on renting a Net Zero apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Net Zero Village
August 30, 2015Net Zero Village The best part about our apartment is the clean air. Yes, clean air! It has such superior indoor air quality and comfort we got rid of our air purifiers when we moved in. These apartments have a fresh air exchange system. It smells so fresh every time we come home. We Love it! The complex runs on solar power, so it leaves no carbon foot print while enjoying superior amenities. These apartments are brand spanking new with LED lighting, modern kitchen, stainless steel ...appliances, with dishwasher and microwave. The covered car ports block the sun in the summer and snow in the winter. All the apartments are spacious, and have an “all-inclusive” rent plan. It includes, heat, A/C, electric, hot water, trash, internet, local T.V. There is also a full size washer and dryer in each apartment. How great is that! All comparable, if not lower than all the other apartments in this area. From the start, the professional staff have been courteous and polite and welcomed us as family. Dave, the owner even gave us a hand moving in and is always on site or a phone call away. It is an easy commute to anywhere. We are located near the Thruway and a bus line runs past the apartments. We have looked in the surrounding areas, but we found our new home at Net Zero Village. We are sure you will love it too!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
