Filth. Termites. Break-Ins. Building Falling Apart. Terrible Management.
October 15, 2017This place is filthy, old, and dirty. There are spider webs in common areas. There are random people sleeping at night in the Rec Room. All the machines in the gym are broken. There are termites and the management does nothing about it. There was a break in and the management is too cheap to fix the locks. Management is breaking the law - property manager is supposed to live onsite but there is no property manager living onsite. You can live anywhere else on this block and get your money's worth, ...but not here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Break-ins and termites
May 21, 2017The other comments have said this already but it's worth saying again, the building manager does not make repairs and does not address tenant needs. The building has had a long term termite issue. There have been break-ins. The jacuzzi is empty- landlord too cheap to pay for water. Literally every machine in the gym is broken, effectively a useless gym. By law, a building with this number of units requires a full time property manager to live on site, however this building is breaking the law in ...that respect, the property manager moved out and no longer lives on site, hence tenants' needs go unaddressed. Glad I no longer live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor place to live
May 7, 2017The building has been broken into several times and the building management won't make new keys/locks to protect tenants. Requests made to management for fixes and repairs are usually ignored. The building has termites. The building is in a good location but it's a poor place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Not a good place to live
April 26, 2016Even though the neighbors are nice and the building is in a good location, it is a bad place to live. Apartment manager has issues and does not make repairs. The owner and apartment manager do not take care of the building and treat tenants with contempt.Review from Apartments.com
