Do you ever sit in your Austin apartment, wondering just what to do with your night? Well, take a trip down to fifth street, and follow the stairs, past the archway, and the gargoyles, and into the dark cellar to one of the best dance bars in Austin. Prague is a little slice of Europe right here in Austin, and is one club that’s always hopping, and always swarming with beautiful people. The bar lives up to its namesake, with plenty of gothic architecture, dim lighting, candles and gargoyles to help cast the place with a very Eastern European feel, with deep, dark colors in all of the color schemes around the bar. Things get a bit less frightening when you step into the dance floor, complete with stripper pole, and the techno, rock and hip hop starting blaring from the speakers. From then on in, you’re free to shake your stuff, have a few drinks, and have a great evening. So, how is Prague in terms of drinks? Well, they have just anything you could want. From an old fashioned mix drink, to local and specialty drinks, this place has everything you could be wanting. If you’re bored with the everyday faire, they even have Japanese Saki, for those a bit more adventurous. It also doesn’t hurt that the club brings in some of the most beautiful people in the Austin area. If you’re a girl looking to get noticed, then this is a great place to get the job done, and if you’re a fellow looking for some nice-looking ladies, this bar never disappoints.
