Many years tradition go into making these dishes, and the dedication to keeping old world styles really adds to the flavor of the food. If you're looking for a nice something to drink, Fogo de Chao has one of the best wine lists in Houston. The restaurant is the recipient of numerous awards from Wine Spectator, and it's easy to see why.
