Except for assistance animals, the following purebreds or mixes with these breeds are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, Dalmation, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky.

Other Pets PolicyFish are allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager.

Cats PolicyDogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office.

We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier).
