Although we love all dogs, certain pure breed or mixes of dogs do not thrive in a community environment and are not permitted. All companion or guide pets are allowed with proper documentation.

Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Wolf-dog Hybrid, all Mastiff breeds, and American Staffordshire Terrier. Also, no mixed breed involving one or more of the aforementioned restricted breeds or no animals, including a dog of any breed, with a bite history or vicious tendencies. No poisonous animals or exotic animals of any kind of allowed.
