At Park Canyon Apartments pets are part of our family too. We offer a pet friendly community for dogs and cats 35 pounds or less, with a one time non-refundable Pet Fee of $250. For dogs over 35 pounds, there is a one time non-refundable Pet Fee of $350. Plus, there is a $25/month pet rent for all pets.
