Weight limit may apply to the weight of the pet at maturity. The pet fee is $400 per household for up to 2 pets. Management reserves the right to restrict certain breeds. A $300 non-refundable pet fee as well as a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet are required to be paid in full prior to move in. Cats and/or dogs only. Aggressive breeds are not accepted.
