Each of these options comes in your choice of full, for your bigger crowds, or half, for those with less of an appetite. They also have great selection of fajitas, from traditional, beef, chicken and shrimp, to rib-eye, to their own specials blends, the Sunset Fajitas, with your choice of beef, chicken, or 50/50, and their special sunset sauce, made out of jalapenos, cilantro and queso, and Fajita's La Mexicana, with rib-eye steak sauteed in fresh tomatoes, onions and fresh jalapenos.
