Deeds Point is the place where Dayton apartment residents go to see the whole city. The view from this park is stunning. It encompassing the whole city as well as the meeting point of the Mad and Great Miami Rivers. Winter time is a gorgeous time to visit as you look upon the frozen rivers and the Canadian Geese as they coast to as top on the ice. Watch your fellow Dayton apartment residents ski across the snow covered trails or even join in yourself. There is 24 hour access to this free park so anytime you feel the need you can check out the gorgeous panoramic view of the Dayton apartments communities. Dogs are even welcome here but must be leashed at all times. This is a wonderful spot for birdwatching as well. Several native species of bird call this park their home. A number of migratory birds also take a pit stop here. Bring a picnic and have a bite to eat as you check out all the scenery. Photographers also love this area for its superb views and animal population.
