Not only does this place have some of the best food in town, but they have fresh, award-winning beers brewed right on site, so it was never stuck in a truck, on a shelf, or in the fridge, so you know you'll get a fresh, delicious brew every time. If you want delicious food and the freshest brews, there's no place in town quite like Rock Bottom. The restaurant portion of its name is an important one, so it makes sense that they have some of the most delicious food in town. Begin your evening with some of their delicious titan toothpicks, chicken, jack cheese, peppers and onions in crispy tortilla, calamari diavolo, giant ballpark pretzels, brushed with fresh brown ale, or their seared Ahi, served with edamame slaw, pickled ginger and wasabi. When it comes to main courses, Rock Bottom's variety is endless. Their specialties include basil asiago chicken, with white cheddar mashed potatoes, stout BBQ ribs, served with apple slaw and fries, smoked salmon fish and chips, and jambalaya and red ale rice, or try one of their certified Angus burgers, including the hickory burger, topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, and Stout barbecue sauce, or the Bourbonzola Burger, with Jim Bean glaze, Gorgonzola cheese, smoked peppercorn, onion straws, lettuce and tomato on an onion roll.
