There are always numerous options for places to eat for hungry Indianapolis apartment-ites, but sometimes you just want to have a nice, sophisticated romantic dinner. Well then, men, throw on your best suit, and ladies, time to pull that little black dress, because at Elements, elegance and sophistication are the name of the game. Modern decor, white linen table cloths, and a wine list several pages long await you, along with some of the most sumptuous food in town, and once you step through those doors, you'll feel like an absolute star. If you're looking for the best in upscale dining in Indy, you'll find few restaurants that do things better than Elements. There are plenty of delicious options when choosing what to eat at Elements, starting with the appetizers. You can choose from veal sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms and hickory bacon with a tagliatelle pasta carbonara, crisp arctic char with butter braised carrots and wilted spinach in a parsnip puree, butternut squash puree with candied pecans and sesame oil, or a salad of Belgian endive, blood oranges, shaved fennel, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese, served wit ha Champagne vinaigrette.
