Blanc is American cuisine with a heart. Apartment-ites love the fact that they can get a good ole burger and fries but the bun is bakery fresh brioche or better yet; a whole wheat bun baked fresh at the local farmers market. Sink your teeth into a 1/2 lb burger of ground tenderloin or get a little adventurous and try a turkey burger, grilled mahi-mahi burger or one of savory lentil. They have an extensive beer menu to compliment your meal choice. Try a sangria shake and a plate of truffle fries. You'll never forget lunch or dinner in the wonderful little local favorite. They are open everyday of the week from 11am to 11pm. The bar stays open an hour later for that last nightcap of the evening. The decor is of course white all around and lends itself to a crisp, clean, modern feel. Its a burger joint that appeals to the upscale crowd in appearance and menu items. This is a great place for a business meeting or intimate party. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is unique. The beer menu is beyond extensive. If you want it, they got it. Come in and grab a burger. You will be glad you did.
