In addition to cats and dogs, we also welcome birds, reptiles, fresh and saltwater fish, small furry animals, and most exotic pets. Maximum of two pets allowed. There is a one-time dog fee of $425 or one-time cat fee of $350, a $50 DNA test for all dogs, and $35 monthly pet rent per cat and $45 per rent per dog.
