As the oldest park in the city, this lovely treasure can offer you a game of softball with your Graceada Park apartment buddies or a super tennis match. Walking areas, picnic areas and park benches will assure that you can spend a full day at the park. In addition to getting some exercise, residents of Graceada Park apartments can also enjoy occasional festivals and events at the park. Located in the downtown area in a neighborhood with architecture from the 1920's and earlier, the tree filled park is a nice respite from Modesto Apartments. The park is adjacent to the Mancini Bowl, an amphitheater where free movies are shown in the summertime and occasional performers are featured. Another huge benefit of the park is the large 20' x 40' pool that's perfect for get-togethers with family and friends from your Graceada Park apartments. The pool is the perfect depth - 2 ½' x 3 ½' - to splash and play and can be reserved for swim parties. On a final note about the park - it was named after two ladies, Grace and Ada, who compelled the community to create the park in the early 1900's.
