2 Pet Limit - The Waypointe utilizes Pet Screening to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. All current and future residents must create a profile, even if there will not be a pet in the apartment. 2 Pet Limit - No exotic pets are allowed. There is a maximum of 2 pet(s) per apartment. Breed restrictions include Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited.

2 Pet Limit - Fairfield welcomes dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens! Breed restrictions do apply, so please call for specific breed and weight restrictions, and deposits and fees. *We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.
