There is a deposit for $250 there is required initially to secure the room the room rent is due day of move in and due monthly on that date. Washer dryer are provided tenant does supply their own laundry supplies. provide your own food and dishes are stocked. The food that you bring in that is either stocked in the freezer of the fridge or the pantry needs to be marked with your name. This would be great for a mellow individual, as there isn't any partying drinking or drugs allowed. There are different schedules here so we ask that you be respectful of the noise level. Also there are several dogs that live here, and so if you are not a dog lover this might not be the best fit. Requirements are: 1) 12 months employment verification.
