Cleaning Fee- A refundable cleaning fee will be collected at the beginning of this lease. Upon checkout of the home, if the home is returned to the level of cleanliness upon check-in to home, the Cleaning fee will be returned upon checkout, pending the home has been cleaned to the move in cleanliness. 3. First month's rent AND last month's rent are required at the beginning of the lease in addition to those months' fees. 4. Pet Application Fee- Each pet will have a one-time $250 pet application fee for 1 year leases or $300 for 6-month leases. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount.
