Across the landing from that bedroom, you'll find the fifth and final bedroom/sitting area, equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, kitchenette with a mini fridge, a queen sleeper sofa, and attached half bath. You will have access to the entire unit. The grandeur continues with the expansive European-style kitchen, where culinary enthusiasts will find themselves inspired to create delicious meals. Adorned with comfortable seating and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape, it's the perfect spot to relax, sip a glass of wine, and soak in the vibrant energy of downtown Cincinnati. You can also relax and stream your favorite shows and movies on one of the three Smart TVs, get some work done in the office area on the second landing, and catch up on laundry with the in-unit washer/dryer. The free parking advertised is one monthly garage pass for a brand new garage about a 3-5 minute walk away. The free parking is available only for stays of 21 days or longer. The building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, a garage at Washington Park, and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away (0.3 miles walk). One of the largest, most intact historic districts in the United States, Over-the-Rhine, has been the location of heightened gentrification efforts for the city of Cincinnati. In recent years, there has been a burst of restoration and development, with hundreds of newly opened boutiques, restaurants, bars, breweries, and other businesses. Over-the-Rhine is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries within walking distance. It's walking distance to TQL Stadium, Washington Park, Music Hall, and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk, or you can hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. The neighborhood is one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over-the-Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar (for free) a few blocks away. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist Brewery (also walkable) or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks. Uber, Lime, and Bird are ubiquitous, and you can get almost anywhere you want on them. Findlay Market is closed on Monday. The 5th bedroom on the listing is the top floor sitting room. Three of the beds on the listing are queen-sized sleeper sofas. Many people know the neighborhood, Over-the-Rhine, as Cincinnati's downtown, food, and nightlife destination because of the extensive national media it has received. It is also important for guests to know that this is a mixed-income, urban neighborhood. $800,000 condos exist side-by-side with low-income housing. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just downstairs, you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest-running farmers market and where condos sell for up to $800,000. Be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life, from homeless panhandlers to well-paid lawyers and architects.
