Off the main living area is a large elevated outdoor deck with a wall of southwest facing windows that slide open to the main living space. Under the cantilevered living space is a bicycle and mud room with full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a carport with a Telsa charger. The house has fully updated air-conditioning/heating. The house comes fully furnished with designer modern furniture in tune with the architecture. The house sits facing the main house built in a matching style of the Breuer House, and an art studio built in 1950 and gut-renovated in 2023, and a landscaped bluestone patio with a gunite in-ground pool and spa. Renters would have access to the pool and the grounds. Price is for yearly rental but renters interested in summer month rentals or partial year are welcome to inquire.
