Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1000 fine, and pets discovered on the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. No hunting or discharging of weapons is allowed. Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
